Hyundai I30 – The Car For The Future

Hyundai cars have a really well-established market in India in the automobile sector, this name has come with the build quality that the company provides in its vehicles. Plus, the service and the maintenance are such that it has built a brand name for the company. As this is the scenario you don’t have to think twice while buying a Hyundai car, as it probably offers the best-in-class features in the price segment. Hyundai i30 remains to be the most awaited car of the Korean giant so far, the car was first seen in 2016 in an auto expo and has been a tease since then. The newest i30 would feature both petrol as well as, diesel engines. The petrol engine will be a 1.4L engine which produces a 118 bhp of power and 157 NM of torque. The diesel engine, on the other hand, will produce a torque of 157 NM and a power of 134 bhp. Both the petrol as well as the diesel variants come in 6-speed manual transmission just like many other cars by the company. The company will also offer 6-speed automatic transmission on both the engines as well.

The front portion of the car resembles the smaller version of the company’s Verna. The grille is a bit small but long with a few stripes and Hyundai’s logo in the middle. The headlamps are LEDs and give a curvy look to the overall front of the car. The back of the car is a bit chiseled with a wide look and angular tail lamps. The car also has 17-inch double spoke wheels that feature high strength and lesser weight.



The interior of the car is a delight too. The interior is of jet-black leather finish. It has a 7-inch navigation system that is in the center of the dashboard. There are two AC vents on each of the sides of the infotainment system. The steering is multipurpose steering. The curves in the middle of the interior give the interior of the car a curvy look too. The seats are black leather finished seats and the cushioning in the seats make them extremely comfortable.


The car from its specifications and the engine that it has to offer the performance of this car might be just like its predecessors, smooth and comfortable. The car will give a mileage that ranges from 17 to 22 km/l depending on the usage and the variant.

Price, Colors, and Release Date:

Hyundai i30 price is expected to be in the range of Rs. 7 to 12 lacs. The car is expected to come in three mesmerizing shades of Black, Grey, White, Blue, and Red. The official release date has not been announced yet, but the car is expected to launch at the end of the year somewhere around in November or December.
