Research your competitors within your niche and get to know what they are already doing. You need to find a way to stand out in the market if you want your business to succeed. Find a way to make your business better than that of your competitors. Know if you will have to offer services of the same standard or better, or if you will have to sell your products at lesser prices. These are facts that will determine the angle you should take.
